Contract

The contract becomes final by sending the goods ordered. Our contractual conditions apply to all articles ordered in our online shop. Contracts are concluded with TSSH.

With the presentation and application of articles in our online shop or other advertising materials, we do not make a binding offer for the sale of certain items. A contract only concludes if we accept your order through a declaration of acceptance or by the delivery of the ordered items.

If an article is not available and not available within our usual delivery times, we will of course inform you of it.

Shipping and Payment Information

Prices

The prices apply at the time of the order. We expressly reserve price adjustments. All prices are net prices.

Shipping

We would like to deliver your order as soon as possible. As a rule, the delivery takes place within four working days after receipt of the order. We will inform you immediately for delivery delays. In the event of delivery delays or if a product should not be available, no claims for damages against TSSH can be asserted. A subsequent delivery for e.g. products with incorrect stock in the warehouse is generally not. In such cases, we ask for another order and will point out this on the delivery documents.

Shipping information

Shipping takes place by post. The following shipping costs apply:
In Switzerland

• 0-2 kg: 9 CHF
• 2-10kg: 11:40

Germany, Austria, Italy, England, Spain and other Western European countries:

• 0-2kg: 11 CHF
• 2-10kg: 14 CHF

Retention of title

The goods delivered remains our property until full payment. The extended retention of title applies. Plays, security services and declarations of assignment of unpaid goods to third parties are not permitted. This also applies to processed products. Costs and damages paid by the buyer.

Complaints & Returns

If you have received incorrect or damaged goods, you can return the product within 10 days. Please inform us beforehand. Returns are at your own risk and liability. The goods will only be credited once they have arrived at our premises and have been checked. If we are not notified of defective goods within 10 days of receiving the goods, TSSH will refuse to accept any guarantee or return options.
